Let me tell you about your future reporter.

I am a Michigan native, born and raised in Metro Detroit. The news career started in high school where I was involved in the Howell High School TV/Video class. From there, I started college at Central Michigan University in 2015 strictly for the Broadcast and Cinematic Arts program to further my dream as a News Reporter. I was involved with the student news station on campus, News Central 34. I was also the Secretary and Student Government Representative for RTDNA, Radio Television Digital News Association. Plus a member of the National Broadcasting Society. I worked as a camera operator during college for the Chippewa Sports Network (ESPN 3) getting paid while also getting some great behind the scene experience. I have had several internships throughout my college career in both radio and television (television was my favorite). I started off at WHMI Radio, than moved over to Local 4 News in Detroit, and than to the other side of the state for an internship at WOOD TV 8 News in Grand Rapids, Michigan. My last internship lead me into my current full time job as an Assignment Editor and Digital Producer with WOOD TV, learning the base of all things news. My continued goal is to be a Television News Reporter/Multi-Media Journalist out in the field and to also fill in at the anchor desk when need be. I continually update my demo reel and strive for greatness in all areas of the newsroom.
